	Docks N-R	$ 185.00/ft
Dry Storage includes long haul, blocking and spring launch. Power wash not included
With Winter Wet Storage:	Docks A-G	$ 190.00/ft
	Docks H-M	$ 184.00/ft
	Docks N-R	$ 161.00/ft

Wet Winter Storage With Winter Water Service:	Docks A-G	$ 210.00/ft
	Docks H-M	$ 204.00/ft
	Docks N-R	$ 180.00/ft

These rates include short haul/launch in spring (30 min max) no blocking. Power wash not included. Note: Docks A-M are charged by the greater of the actual boat length or slip size and by annual dockage agreement. Docks N-R charged by actual boat length with a 25 ft. min and can either be Annual, Summer or Winter.
